Jai jivadani... Jai hanumaan... Yog aata hai khud ba khud hi jeevan mein. Lekin kabhi kabhi yog laana padhta hai.Yoga ki koi bhi mudra ko kuchh shan ke liye sthir rakha jaata hai. Usase aapke jeevan mein badhta hai sayyam. Anxiety patients ke liye yoga ati uttam chiz hai... Wish you a very happy international yoga day :)
